A network operations center (NOC) is a centralized location where IT teams can continuously monitor the performance and health of a network. The NOC serves as the first line of defense against network disruptions and failures.

Responsible for first level technical resolution to the customers within designated SLA. Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 Technical Support Team and follow up with Level 2 team until problem resolution.

7.      L2 support:
L2 support handles the tickets that L1 routes to them. This support team can also generate tickets for any problem they notice. L2 support specialists have more skills, more experience in solving complicated problems relevant to them and can help L1 support people troubleshoot problems.

8.      L3 Support:
They are experts in their domain and handle the most difficult problems, mostly assisting both level 1 and level 2 specialists. They do also code changes, research and develop solutions for challenging new or unknown issues.

9.      Accounts and finance:
The accounting and finance department is at the centre of any organization and is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.

10.  Corporate Sales :
Corporate sales managers are responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.

11.  Store and Logistics:
Your role as a logistics and distribution manager is to organise the storage and distribution of goods. You'll ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. The primary duty of an effective logistics department is to ensure geographical repositioning of unfinished goods, and it is also concerned with the finished inventories of the organization being at the required place at the lowest possible cost.

12.  Legal:
The legal department of a business handles legal issues that may come up in the course of business, ranging from drafting waiver forms for employees to handling lawsuits from angry customers.

13.  Customer service department:
Customer service teams focus on providing the best possible CX before and after a customer purchases a product. They also specialize in customer retention and solve complex issues that frustrate customers. The customer service team is the face of the organization and the frontline when customers require assistance.
